De Palma Hotel Shah Alam

The rooms are spacious. The pool is nice. Food is good too.

Not much of a problem but I need to wait for 1 hour (4 pm) till my room is ready

Pool a bit small, a bit crowded. Water in our bathroom a bit small

Its near to UITM around 7 mnt... easy access... a lot of shop near by... Large room... Everything comfort..

Staff need to be more friendly

aircond was not properly function. there was only air coming out from the air cond but not the cooling air

The hours of gym and pool opening, have a late check in 8pm, the gym and pool closed at that time

Our arrival was nicely greeted. We got free welcome drink, while the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, me & husband worked out at the gym. so it was great, we could do activities at the hotel together. Anyway, the surrounding location was also good, very convenient.

We could only stay for 1 night. that's what we didn't like, hahaha >o< We will definitely come again and explore the rest of Shah Alam. Next time ya,.. ^_^

Like Rumbia cafe lot of variety food and choice. But aircond room not enough cool even have set on coldest temp. Feel like 25-26 degrees cel.

I usually dont write reviews1) Room AC was out. Despite changing to other room, same problem. Lastly they gave protable AC.2) Cockroaches

comfortable and quiet, the facilities in the room are good, only the iron used needs to be repaired because it heats up too quickly and can damage the quality of the clothes. that's all

Have to wait till time for check in.I arrive from JB at 2pm but need to wait until 3pm to check in.Tired of driving yet need to wait.Most sadly cannot use swimming pool due to renovation.

Facilities are all in good condition. The room equipped with ironing board and it's bathroom is clean.

Everything good especially breakfast and facilites for kids.

Towel prepared too small for adult.

Location n reasonable food price.

1. Carpet was dusty due to improper vacuumed.2. Mini freezer was not emptied (found leftover food from previous occupant).3. Flooding during shower due to shower floor is not properly level. Found drain hole is in higher position compared to some part of the floor.4. Fried rice taste was 'awful' compared to the one from my previous stay... Fried chicken was burnt.

I like the place is located.

I'm not really like the lighting in door way/isle to room. It's too dim. My room 214 smelled cockroach. I believe the housekeeping never did vacuum this room. I wonder how the hotel could release this room to quest. Probably they should assign a good staffs to do a proper inspection regularly. Found pillows sheet dirty and got stain. So disgusting. Maybe they not change after quest check out. Thank you.

I am booking the room due to family event and yes, the location is a bonus point to the hotel. Near Shah Alam town,
